Question about Cruise Credits

My wife, before we were married sailed on RCCL 4 times and then we were married and we have sailed 3 times. She did not sign up for Crown and Anchor until we sailed after getting married. The question is would RCCL lookback at here other cruises for credit towards platinum or is that credit gone for good. Just a thought, thank you for your replies from your experiences.

As long as your wife provides them with sail dates and which ship, along with the name she sailed under, they will credit you. (If she changed her name, she might have to point this out, but in my experience they did not ask for documentation on this).

You and she should both be platinum, as her spouse you are entitled to her level as well! I was already platinum when I got married, DH had never sailed on RCCL, but was platinum on his first cruise. I didn't have to send any documentation such a a marriage license.

good luck.
