Port or Starboard on a Mediterranean Cruise

JMO, but with a round trip, both sides will end up seeing the same thing, right? I will say that with the Equinox in May, we were on the starboard side, and out of six ports, the gangway was on the starboard side in 5 of them. However, there were other ships at the same ports that were docked on their port side. I think it depends on the order in which they arrive. I have never been a cruiser that puts too much thought into this choice. To each his own. Rest assured whichever side you end up on will be fabulous! Have a great trip and don't sweat the small stuff!
