2-10 in port.....beach, resort & dinner...

Coming into port on the Solstice from 2-10. We will have priority disembarkment, so I plan on getting off right away. I want to go to a beach resort that has some surf. I heard that Isla Verde may provide that. I was looking into one of the hotels on the beach there.

What kind of transportation may be available to get there and back? Are there any authentic, nice restaurants in that area to dine in before heading back to the ship.
