Can I switch my TA to Carnival?

I am not very happy with my online TA. I have no made final payment yet and I was wondering if it is possible

to transfer TA's or transfer my reservation to Carnival without having to cancel and rebook? Has anyone every

done this before? Thanks...

Haven't done it, but don't think you can go from a TA to Carnival. You can go the other way, but once you book with a TA, Carnival refers everything to the TA! Would be just as easy to cancel and rebook... :p IMHO..

It depends on the policy of your TA, to transfer a booking you would need the permission of the TA. Not sure why they would grant that to a customer and lose the commision. Also, any special or lower deal that you struck with your TA, carnival is under no obligation to honor.

 

Many TA's have cancellation fees if you decide to cancel and rebook with Carnival,make sure you are fully aware of penalties involved.
