Which night for Chops/Porto on 8 day Jewel?

Hi ~ We'd like to try each restaurant but are wondering which nights to go. We'd prefer to do regular dining on formal night as my in-laws like to dress up & we don't want them to be alone (they're not interested in alternative dining). Thanks!

I wouldn't do Chops or Portofino on formal nights either. We chose Caribbean (Wed) night and one of the other informal nights (Monday) to go. Also, if you go to Portofino, be sure to ask for a table AWAY from the kitchen. It can get kind of noisy there. We asked to be moved.
