David: Thanks for the report. Looks like the Zaandam has another cruise to Alaska and I believe the Zuiderdam does also. Then that should be it for the Alaska Season. The Amstedam is headed to the Alutian Islands. That is a very interesting place to be heading to for a cruise.

David,

Where's your next cruise to? Diana and I are starting to think about the Caribbean this winter. :D

So far we have NO cruise planned. I think we might do another Alaska Land tour on our own like we did last July for about two weeks . The cruise prices for next year for Alaska are too expensive for us.

I really like the two week Amsterdam cruise to Alaska, so might do that some day if they still have that itinerary available. I also would love to do North Europe/Baltics some day too.

Hmm..mystery here - today, at about 3:30pm, I'm darn sure that I saw an R or S class HAL ship (single funnel, so not the Rotterdam or Amsterdam) offshore of Point Roberts, WA. It was heading north (as if from Seattle and heading to Vancouver or points north), but was going very slowly. I thought it odd, since that would mean a departure from Seattle of 1:00pm or so...and that would be awefully early.

Any thoughts?
