Time at Tulum ruins - Solstice excursion

I would rather not do this on my own, but from a few descriptions on this site, we will have limited time at the ruins between bathroom breaks and sales pitches.

 

If you've done this on the Solstice which is scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m., please tell me how long you actually have to explore the ruins. If you have time, a detailed schedule would be appreciated.

 

Also, do you think an 80 year old can handle this?
