Palma on a Sunday in November-what's open?

We will be in Palma from 1-7 in November. Will anything be open? I cannot tell from any websites if the train to Soller will be running either. Any ideas would be great- especially for a 7 and 11 year old.

We were there on a Sunday, and much was shut down. The train to Soller was running, but on a reduced frequency... ditto also the buses to Soller and back. The city buses were running normally, so we opted to take a bus to the old town center and walk around.

 

The bakeries and restaurants were open, also the cathedral (of course) and the tourist attractions in the old town center. Most shops were closed. It was a nice, quiet day.

Once you get to Soller, everything will be closed. It might still be worth doing if you take the bus back and stop in Valdemossa.
