Glory anytime dining

Which dining room on the glory has been assigned to anytime dining, and is it just one portion of the dining room or can you be seated anywhere?

I enjoyed the platinum dining room last time when we had early dining...but considering anytime dining on this next trip...and just wondering where I may get stuck...
