I have a great ship photo as my desktop - so does my DH. The web cams are great - we travel the world via them! The Panama Canal, for instance, keeps DH amused for hours. Lol, web cams are defiantly a great thing, you wouldn't or anyone on this thread have a think for Brisbane? i tried looking but couldn't find one, the Pacific Sun is there today in Australian Time
Sandielle Posted September 29, 2010 #6 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Unfortunately there is no webcam for Portside. We have to rely on people posting pics they have taken or just follow the ship's webcam. Larger ships have to dock out at the Fisherman Islands industrial wharves because they can't fit under the Gateway Bridge or turn in the river near Portside. Unfortunately no webcam there either. There are some general city webcams here http://www.goandroam.com/webcams/australia/brisbane/

Sandielle Posted September 29, 2010 #8 Share Posted September 29, 2010 CruiseAdict, I noticed that the Pacific Sun has again turned on arrival and is showing the view down river towards the Gateway Bridge. Not a pretty sight just there. The Pacific Dawn, which usually makes its changeover on Saturdays, faces upriver and the view is much better.
