Equinox TV - video input ?

For those who have recently cruised on Equinox (or her sisters) are the video input jacks(?) enabled/disabled on the stateroom TV's?

 

Can I use the TV to review my video's and camera pics?

I have a similar question. I just saw a picture of the video ports and plugs on the TV. It appears that I could bring a portable DVD player with movies. Has anyone done this? Would that work?

Disabled on Solstice, and on all other X ships we have sailed on. My DH is a real techie and he found absolutely no way to get past it.

 

Bring cables so you can review on your laptop.

They've been disabled on every X ship I've been on, including all the M class and Solstice.

Are you sure about that? We've tried numerous cables - including HDMI - and they simply do not respond. That includes on Solstice where they have the new flatscreens.
