Don't know if you are having a rental car or not, but if not, you can book the tour through Quality Limo Service. They picked us up at our hotel and took us to Everglades holiday Park. Then returned us when we were done. I think it was about 45$ about a year ago. We also had them take us to the port. We were very happy with them.
