Time needed to see Palace of Inquisition?

Can someone tell me how much time is needed for someone interested in old torture devices to really see the Palace of the Inquisition? My mom saw 10 min. was all that would be spent there on one tour. Is that really enough time?

We saw the Palace of Inquisition as part of our Deluxe Fortress & City Tour, and it allowed us about 20 min there. I'd say 20 minutes was a reasonable amount of time, but depending upon how much you want to study the instruments of torture, some people may have wanted another 10 minutes or so if there are other tour groups there at the same time.
