When were you last on the Sun? Last year our concierge was the wonderful Karin Goeddeke (sp?)... she was wonderful. I have seen reviews since our cruise commenting on her as well. I have only heard good things about her, which matches my opinion.

Karen was on the Sun in June 2010 - she was great. I don't think she had any plans for vacation but you never know...

She was the concierge on our Sun cruise in October 2009, and we are hoping she is still there this coming December...she was very efficient and easy to deal with. I am also hoping Orlando is still one of the butlers

It's Karin, she's on for another 2 months and was absolutely wonderful on our recent transatlantic.
