Dining Question for Disney Magic - 7 Night Western Caribbean Cruise

Hi, all!

 

My next Disney Cruise is only 5 months away and I'm trying to decide when to make reservations for Palo. We haven't been on the Disney 7 night Cruise before, we have been on the 4 Night Wonder Cruise. I will be sailing with DH, my mom, my 9 year old and my 5 1/2 year old.

 

I know you eat in every restaurant twice, one you eat in 3 times. I don't want to miss any of the restaurants...especially Animator's when it changes colors!

 

I want to make TWO Palo reservations if possible. Twice for dinner (once with my mom, once alone with DH), or once for dinner and once for brunch. Still trying to decide...:confused:

 

What nights would you book Palo?

 

Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
