redeemed Mastercard Fun Pts OBC not showing on Docs

I redeemed my Carnival MasterCard Fun Points on 8/2/10 for our cruise on 10/18/10. When i just printed my docs, they did not list the OBC anywhere on the docs.

 

Couple Questions:

1) Should the docs show the carnival fun points OBC redemption? and where would it be listed on the new docs.

 

2) if it should be listed and its not, then who do i contact. Carnival or the Rewards Program itself?

 

3) If it is carnival, I am booked through a TA for a group cruise, then does my TA have to contact carnival.

I recently did the same thing and found the credit on my shipboard account when I got onboard. I don't think there is anywhere on the Docs they could put this info.

FYI, the info i found out about my questions.

 

 

From my TA that did the group:

Since this is a group booking, the OBC’s are not showing up on anyone’s documents. The group sales department is closed on the weekends, but I will call tomorrow and verify that your booking has your extra OBC’s.

She did call the Group Sales dept and my OBC is posted to my S&S. It will not show up on my docs for this type of reservation is the verdict.
