NEED HELP WITH SHUTTLE BUS. GOOD or BAD??

Hello, we are going on RCCL Voyager of the Seas in July. Leaving out of New Jersey. I am planning on taking a limo with my younger sister. My older sister does not want to so she will be taking her car and parking then taking the shuttle bus to the boat. Now my question, is this is good idea?? Is the wait long?? What about getting off the cruise ship? Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.
