New to NCL... Thoughts? Suggestions??? Must do-s????

My husband I are leaving on the Epic this Saturday!!! :D

We've sailed a few times before but this will be our first time on NCL... I know each line has their own "specialities" and "must do-s" and "tricks of the ship"...

 

So other than the freestyle... whats NCL's claim to fame? What should we definately (try) to do? What should we (try) to avoid?

 

I've been looking through the previous pages and there are some suggestions in each post but I was hoping to get them all in one place! :p So my apologies in advance if this is a redundant question!!!

The Clinics...- Margarita and Guacamole tastings, Mojito tasting, Wine pairings... those are all fun... the Margarita is a personal fav or mine and RCCL and Carnival and Princess and HAL don't offer that one.

The tastings are the best!!!!! We always meet people and have alot of fun.

i have been on 6 NCL cruises but it seems like the EPIC is a whole 'nother thing..so you probably need responses from former EPIC cruisers!
