We had Mr Sanchos reserved but seems a crow has moved into my house.. Between car catching fire, and losing one of my part time jobs, money has gotten very low..If I wasn't Early Saver booking with less than a month left, I would cancel til better days.. But.... Does anyone know of a beach within walking distance of the Ecstasy dock? I just can't see going to Cozumel and not swimming in that gorgous water.. I appreciate any input..Thanks..

Also, Paradise Beach doesn't charge for entry, and only a couple of bucks for a lounger. You'll just have the taxi charges too and from. There will be 5 ships in Cozumel with you. And you might get lucky and dock in Punta Langosta, which would make the walk much shorter to the public beach. But Looks like only 2 Carnival ships so plan on docking at Puerta Maya. But if the weather is nice, the walk will be just fine.

Share a cab over to San Francisico Beach/Paradise Beach/Carlos and Charlies

and go to any one of them

check for coupons online...I think there is one for Carlos and Charlies beach club

loungers are now $2 at Paradise Beach and free at the other 2 *if you are buying something to eat/drink

another option is the $37 all inclusive at Ocean Club Resort , you can book it thru cozumel watersports dot com

that is what I am doing <grin>

by the time you buy a drink for $8 or $9 ..and Nachos for $10....and ?? it all adds up

so $37 sounds good to me

there are many good reviews of Paradise, and I just read a really good review of people who enjoyed San Francisco

all of these are pretty close together so you can kind of wing it

taxi fare in a shared cab should be about $4 each way

have fun !!

thanks for your answer.. If we dock at Puerta Maya we are walking to La Palapita.. But if we dock at Punta Langosta, where is the closest public beach from there? TIA..

Well you could be like me and end up not getting to go to Cozumel as planned due to hurricane this week and end up somewhere else. You can find out for sure where you are docking online... I have a website to search that if you need. Just email me and I will send it to you but most of the time it is Puera Maya dock for Ectasy...
