traveller4fun Posted October 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2010 My girlfriend and i are both 21 and are thinking about doing this cruise. Just wondering if this would be an enjoyable cruise for us? What's the difference between a food and wine compared to a normal cruise? Is there still clubs at night? Appreciate any help/knowledge, Cheers.
The_Big_M Posted October 13, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2010 From what I've read, they're the same as a regular cruise, but they include food and wine events/activities/talks as extras to what is normally on e.g. tastings, demonstrations, maybe a famous chef... Other things like clubs will still be available, though the demographics may be a bit different from a usual cruise.
mezza Posted October 13, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2010 when we did the P Jewel 3N food and wine they had a deck seafood BBQ, wine tasting, beer tasting, coffee talk/tasting and special degustation menu in Luke Mangan's restaurant. Most things you had to prebook or line up well ahead of time - first in, first served. My review is there from last year as is others.
