"Free" air list revised

I just got a note from my TA that Regent now includes Honolulu as a primary air gateway for the 2 cruises we have coming up next year. Saves us $300 per person per cruise. I don't know what other gateways may have been added (if any) but, if applicable, you might want to check and see if your city is also included.
