Samana Excersions

Flying Pirate- I loved the pics! Thanks for posting them.. I will be on the Explorer of the Seas on the 28th. I just decided we will do the beach escape excursion.

2 questions:

Do they rent snorkel equipment at the beach?

Do you go straight to the beach from the ship or do you have to go to land to pick up the tour?

As I mentioned the snorkeling was awesome, here is a picture with the Starfish to give you an idea how big they were.

Where was this in Samana, I want to go there with DH in Feb. Thank you
