Can a solo cruiser buy a single spa pass for NCL Epic for the week? daily? what is the price?

Are you able to reserve treatments in advance of the cruise?

Upon arrival how is the deposit made for the onboard card? Can I bring travelers checks and use those to make my deposit? Is there a minimum?

For the casino am I able to cash travelers checks onsite? Is there an ATM?

What are the table minimums and odds? IE $5 craps? 6/5 BJ? poor video poker pay tables? are there 25 cent VP machines?

Ok one last question....are drinks free while gambling?

Any experiences on the gambling side greatly appreciated as well as answers to the other questions.

Thank you very much in advance (clueless first time cruiser!)

1) I can't see why not. prices vary on what you want.

3) I would say you can cash all checks, seen a women cash a check for $19,000. Ya I know:eek:. Mim check or money for your card was $100. at the casino

4) I used the ATM

5) 5&10 on the crap tables

6) you need over 1200 points to receive free drinks. they have all table games and 1 each for the crap tables. I know I lost on both! slots go from a .01 to 1.00 for sure. they may go higher on some slots.

If you give them a credit card they make it real easy to get money.

A weekly spa pass is $119, or $199 per couple. You can buy your pass and reserve treatment times after you board the ship. The weekly passes sold out the first night on my cruise.

By the way, all of this has been covered extensively in previous posts. You can save yourself some time and see various answers by using the board's search function.

Thank you for the spa pass info, very helpful. I tried to do a search but was getting either nothing or too wide a result and unable to see anything specific to my questions.

Do you have any tips for improving my search method? For example I search for NCL EPIC Gambling and got many results about smoke and many result for other ships but couldn't find anything specific to my questions. similar result with spa search, a lot of trip report results with some spa info within them but nothing specific. Perhaps that is the best information available, but if specific threads exist I would love to find them.

The $119/week individual spa pass and needing to buy it ASAP before sellout is really helpful. A appreciate it. Any search hints or links to previous threads would be greatly appreciated. I'm as much a beginner on searching this message board as I am a beginner at cruising.:)

The only suggestion I have is to try different searches and try to be as specific as possible. Maybe "epic spa price", or "epic spa cost" would have narrowed it down. Maybe "Epic free casino drinks" might have turned something up. You're right, it's more of an art than a science.
