Anyone know how many decks they use (at a time) at the Blackjack tables?

A lot of the tables on Majesty last summer used the continuous shuffle machines, which I believe are four decks (not that it matters). Radiance, in January, didn't have as many of those, but IIRC, they looked more like six deck shoes than eight.

They use 8 decks, (like we can all count cards in a 6 deck show). On the Explorer, they used the continuous shuffle thingy, on the Brilliance the dealer shuffles when the shoe requires it. Would you say they need some continuity??

Seems like they rotate back and forth from the evil automatic shufflers to dealer shuffle. One time on Rhapsody the tables were so brutal with the automatic shufflers that the next night they were gone. The dealers just laughed and said they threw them overboard. I think they judge the response of the tables. People stopped playing with the machines and they could only lure them back by hand shuffles.
