Beware of thrifty car rental in roatan!!!

Thrifty Car Rental at the Coxen Hole Port in Roatan should not be used!

We were one of several couples who rented a car from them last week and had our credit card numbers stolen. Not only do we have to cancel our credit cards, but they now have our personal identification, as you have to give them your driver's license number in order to rent a car.

Thrifty Car Rental Corporate Office is starting an investigation into this matter. I will post more when I hear from them, but please STAY AWAY!
