NO 'Luggage Express' from the Dream to Southwest??

Just e-mailed Host Mach for info...

 

Just got off the phone with both Carnival and Southwest and currently there is no agreement to have this program 'Luggage Express' (called Bags to Go) available from the Dream, yet they do it with Disney:(from same port.

 

Anyone else have any other info.

We used it this past May on the Dream and Southwest, great service since we only had 2 bags so we just paid for one of us and sent both bags under my name. This was out of Orlando, not sure if that is where the Dream still is.
