We had reserved a tour for four of us on January 28th. Joyce met us promptly and her van had lots of room. She first took us to a lookout of the harbor where we got a great picture of our ship.

As we were getting to know one another we mentioned that we were Methodists and Joyce said she was a volunteer with the youth at her Methodist church. She brought us to one of the 7 Methodist Churches on the island and told us its history etc.

Then we were off on a wonderful tour of the island, stopping for shopping, scenic views, beaches, forts etc. We really felt that Joyce Prince taught us a lot about the people, history and culture on St. Marten.

Thanks to Joyce we had a wonderful morning on St. Marten smile.gif
