CC Meet & Greet contact info

Its been a couple of years since I had to contact NCL to request a meeting place for a CC Meet & Greet. I forgot who I contacted at NCL to request a meeting place and time. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks...I needed that as I volunteered to do it for our cruise in 5 months... now to write it down somewhere... ;)

 

How early does everyone contact them? About 6 weeks out?

About a month before the cruise and then I usually contact them abt a week before the cruise with updated numbers. They'll then contact you about time & place so you can post the info on your roll call furum
