Question for Pam Please

We will be on the NCL Star 4/22 sailing - they have an excursion Whale Photo Excursion where the object of the excursion is to be able to take photos of whales and dolphins in the wild - everything I've read is that the whales will be gone by the end of April - please confirm - what is the possibility of there being dolphins so we will be able to take photos or am I waisting my money in trying to do this type excursion. Thanks for the information.
