A group of 6-8 are considering Scandinavia & Russia 11 days Cruise on Emerald Princess in July 2011, touching Copenhagen, Oslo, St. Pertersberg etc. Those of you, who have done this cruise, can you recommend if we should go with an Interior State Room, or spend the extra money and go with Balcony.
