Dining on Island Princess

Wondering which dining room is used for traditional dining and which for anytime dining on the Island.

Since DH and I will be sailing on the Island in January, I checked the Princess website and learned that traditional dining is in the Provence, while anytime seating is in the Bordeaux Dining Room.

That's correct, although other than level there is no difference (we were on the Coral, other than a slight difference in the color scheme, they looked and were set up almost exactly the same!)
