Holiday Inn Express in San Juan

Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in San Juan pre-cruise for the AOS? I was wondering if this may be too far from Old San Juan and the ship terminal, etc.

Any info would be helpful: room condition, staff, location, etc.

Hi. We spent three days there in Jan before boarding AOS. To long! A Plus, Free breakfast. 14.00 ride to pier, 10.00 to airport. Hotel staff, and rooms just pass a loose inspection. A really good location for last minute walgreen shoppers. A casino about three minutes away. All the fast food places you can think of.. All in all , not bad, but not some place you would suggest to a really good friend. Good Luck Ricko1
