Wine Package on Epic?

Has anyone purchased a wine package after they boarded the Epic?

 

I'm interested in the average $ cost - is it the same as listed on the website, same selection?

 

Somewhere I read that if you go to a certain place (not sure where) when you board, you can order 4 get 1 free (I think that is the right amount) and the entire package can be delivered to your stateroom for you to consume at your leisure.

 

Can anyone confirm these details?
