Southern Caribbean - Southern Cross

Any of you cruisers astronomy buffs? Sailing down south in 13 days and hoping that the Southern Cross, Crux, will be visible from the St Kitts/St Lucia area.

 

Can't be seen from the northern lats and not sure if sailing farther enough south. Would like to have that Crosby,Still and Nash moment!

I had my CSN moment on a trip from KW to the Dry Tortugas National Park... right through the Marquesas...which sort of makes me wonder if you'll be in the best place to see the southern cross? Would be great!!!! I sang the song for weeks after the trip. Cruise On! Donna
