Whale Watching or River Tubing?

We will be in Dominica in December and can't decide between two excursions. One of them is a whale and dolphin watching excursion. The other one goes to Jaco Falls and river tubing.

 

What would you guys suggest?

I have not done either of these excursions in Dominica, but have done both in other places (Whale watching in Alaska and British Columbia, and river tubing in Hawaii). They were both fun, but if you have not gone whale watching I would do that. It is amazing to see these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. It is amazing to see how graceful these animals are. River tubing was fun, but it gets old. By the end I was ready to be done.
