Ha anyone used the Spa at the Intercontinental?

We will be docking from 11Am till 8PM on a Saturday. We have done the beach breaks and driven around the island. We were thinking of booking some spa treatments at the Intercontinental spa and spending the afternoon using the facilities. Has anyone done this? What did you think?
