We have this room and it is right below the Calypso reef and pool. Does anyone know if there is a lot of noise while in the cabin.

When we stay on Riviera deck we try and stay in the 700-600 range for that very reason. ;)

I did not get much of a choice-I;ll let you know-at least it is midship.

I hear the 300 range is worse. ;)

We were in R524 on the Crown, (right underneath the pool deck next to the buffet entrance) and didn't have any problems at all. The adjacent balcony doors were far more noticeable (but not annoying.)

 

I had heard reports that this cabin was bad on the Caribbean Princess... maybe after it was built, they added more insulation to the subsequent vessels?
