From the deck plans, the only difference is that C301 and C302 can accommodate 3 or 4 passengers while the other cabins can only accommodate 2. Because they are on Caribe deck, the balcony is larger and is half-covered, half-uncovered. I was looking at a mobile version of the deck plans and didn't see these cabins marked as HC. Betty No problem... :) my answer stands then... you'll also find, as Pam says, that the balconies are half-covered, half-open... but they'll be wider than the normal Caribe balconies.
