Jeff&Mel Posted November 16, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2010 We are going on our first cruise next month. We will be on the Costa Pacifica for the Holy Land tour. My question is regarding beverages. We like to have red wine with dinner. What is the best way to purchase this? IS it sold by the glass? If so how much is it per glass? I looked on Costa website at the bottle price and it looks pretty pricey. Any info would be appreciated.

Bottles of wine on board (not pre booked package) from approx 20 euros You can purchase a drinks package from your TA well before you sail. J2 consists of (at mealtimes) Red or white wine/ Draught beer/ Mineral water/ Soft drinks and costs £9.60 per day each person must buy the package therefore a 7 day cruise would be £134.40 X1 package is unlimited drinks at mealtimes at a cost of £11.50 pppday 7 days = £161 Other packages are for a book of coupons for soft drinks at a cost of 23 euros there are 10 coupons in each book these can be purchased on board. There are also wine packages which you can see on the Costa site.
