Post Cruise in Fort Lauderdale

Rent a car for the day, most companies will pick you up from the pier. Another suggestion is get a day room and relax around the pool until time to go to the ship. I did that once and they had a laundry room near the pool, got all the laundry done by the time we were home.

We did one of Princess' post cruise excursions and saw Flamingo Gardens and took an air boat ride in the Everglades. We'll go through the cruise line from now on. We were called early to disembark. Our luggage was in a very small area. We claimed our luggage to go through customs, then turned it over to Princess again. They kept it with us during the tours and delivered it to the airport afterwards. We thought it was well worth the price!
