Children on board

Hi

 

Going on IOTS in mid May 2011, whats your experince of children on board?

Will there be hoards or just a few ? curious as the schools are still in session but it seems parents take children out.

 

Do they take them on port intensive cruises. ?

 

This is a 14 night Cruise to the Italian Med just need an idea of numbers.

I have absolutely no personal experience to base this on. :o But I would assume most parents wouldn't take their kids out of school for 2 weeks, so you'd likely have less children on board at that time between spring break and summer break.

:cool:Took 12 day Med in Mid September. Saw very few (if any) that I remember. Between school being in session, and the med being a very port intensive, tiring trip, I do not believe kids would enjoy this trip. Took my kids to Williamsburg when young. All they wanted to do was swim. Kids would be bored unless they were older teens:cool:
