How do I pick up prepaid packages?

I'm considering booking a beverage package and possible shore excursions before my sailing. Once onboard, how do I go about getting anything that I might purchase ahead of time?

Your beverage package will be indicated on your seapass card. Your tickets for shore excursions should be in your cabin upon checking in.

There will be a line on your cruise card that you bought a drink package (though bartenders and waiters sometime don't see it and charge.... better to buy onboard and get a sticker which stands out)

 

Shore excursion vouchers will show up in your cabin.

Is it similar to the "coke" or "sprite" sticker that they use for the soda packages?

My DH wants to buy the premium alcohol package for our upcoming Solstice cruise. I think we'll just wait until we're onboard to buy the package so that he can get the sticker. (to prevent or cut down on getting charged for drinks)

 

 

Does anyone know if he will get charged tax on this package if he buys it right when we board?? .... or should we wait until after we set sail and are a little off the U.S. coastline??

I can't remember exactly, but I thought we were charged tax on the soda package if we bought it prior to sailaway. (but maybe I'm getting Alzheimer's) If anyone knows, thanks in advance!

Wait until you are on board for awhile, a good indication is when the Casino opens..
