If you decide to purchase a package on board at some point who do you contact to make that happen?

Just go down to the main level and find guest relations, or what ever it is called now, and they will be glad to help :)

You can buy the package at any bar or even in the dining room...For bar set up in cabin speak to room steward.

I think the packages are per cruise so make sure that you buy on the first day!

You can purchase it part-way into a cruise and just pay for the remaining nights. What you can't do is cherry pick and purchase the package for select days. Once you purchase it, it has to be for the entire remainder of the cruise.
