I see that no one has responded to you. I think that the phone number would be somewhere in the Princess documents. I suggest that you call the 1-800 Princess number prior to your cruise, and I'm sure they can give you the information on how your family can reach you.

Thanks I will call today...I did a search but couldn't find the number we leave for fll tomorrow so I need to get the number for my mom since my kids aren't joining us on the cruise.
