Club Royal had many Vip guests on this cruise and did a great job,We had OV Balcony on deck 12.JJ the Casino host and her crew where wonderful.What ever you needed Reservations for speciality restaurants was arranged thru Club(Claudia?)JJ's team.Club members had gauranteed seats at any show without Res. as long as you where 15mins early.Bottles of Champagne in your cabin and Sailaway reception with Open Bar top shelf (not like premixed at welcome back partys).Along with cabin they also picked up tips. Club Royale treated Us like Land Casinos treat there Players). I know this was a special sailing but I hope they keep it up. They also did something new with a sticker on your seapass instead of drink tickets like on Oasis.I still have my blue member card so those drink tickets bothered Me on Oasis.

 

It was nice to see Sarah Hecker after all the years of Emails.She has always been very friendly and accomodating.The whole cruise was great. Chicago and all the shows where well done.The shows and speciality retaurants where all booked up so reserving online is a must in my opinion . We had all our Res's done online but missed Chicago Res so We used our Vip sticker 15mins early at the next show and had know problems.It's been a few Years since I've been to Labadee the changes are incredible. I don't zip line but it looked cool. The lunch was lobster and steak also over the top.

PS. I lost money in the casino and spent plenty in shops and Bars.Being on this ship for this sailing was well worth it. I hope other Vip guests felt the same.
