Advanti Limouside and Airport Transportation?

Has anyone used www.avantilimoride.com out of Maimi/Ft. Lauderdale for a transfer? I emailed for a quote in August (which I didn't see until after I called and made the reservation) and got the quote last Friday. I called to set it up and gave them my credit card number and I just don't feel real good about it. I asked for a reservation number and he said he would email it and I haven't received an email yet. He didn't ask for my cell phone number or anything.

 

When I called this morning to tell them we wanted the transfer a guy answers the phone sounding like he just got out of bed. I thought maybe I called the wrong number, he said he would call me when he got to the office, he was on his way. He didn't call and about three hours later I called him. Not once did he answer the phone with Advanti Limouside and Airport Transportation, he just said hello. The website looks authentic..

It just didn't seem very professional!

 

I hope I am blowing everything way out of proportion!

Have you tried SAS? They are highly recommended on this board, and I have spoken to them several times, and they are very professional.
