East side of island

I'll be in Cozumel on Saturday and I'd like to show my mom the east side of the island. Last time I was in Cozumel I did the Bar Hop, but there are not enough people for the tour. I tried to contact Mike's taxi service to rent a taxi for the day but haven't gotten a reply yet. I don't want to drive so renting a car is out too. I'd appreciate any ideas. She was really looking forward to it!

A cab to the east side is 20.00 ea way or you can hire a cab for around 50.00 for the day at the pier.
