Thanks to the two of you for recommending Water Island in St Thomas, we had a fabulous time on Honey Beach.

 

It is a well hidden gem for those who dock at Crown Bay. Only 8 people ( and 6 were in our group ) took the 10:30am ferry over. A boat with people on a private excursion arrived later and had lunch on the island and the a few crew members taking advantage of a free package supplied by Princess came over later. There were a few locals there so not many people on the beach......very private with a nice beach and crystal blue water.

 

I copied what you both wrote re directions to getting to the marina, ferry and walk to Honey Beach that we had no problems finding it.

 

Thanks to both of you we were able to have a different experience in St Thomas for only $10 ( ferry return fare )
