Did you book using any promo fares or use any other promo when booking?

 

 

no no promotions at all :( i'm hoping it's just backed up in the mail I guess :( I so should have made a copy of the coupon. *sigh*

If anyone has a photo copy or can scan the obc coupon for the 5 day cruise can you please email it to me????

 

They are trying to say I don't qualify and I do!! I will totally repay anyone who can do this for me!! You can even white out all your info.

who did you all contact regarding if the credit has been applied to your account? I applied a long time ago and have heard nothing from NCL or Tropicana. I booked this cruise on my own so can't call a travel agent.

If you booked it on your own, return to the site in which you purchased the cruise and contact them. If you booked on NCL, call NCL. Tropicana has nothing to do with applying the credit.
