Anyone had travel insurance with VPS??

Hi, Has anyone had to file a claim with VPS, Vacation Protection Services, Inc.

they are out of TN. I was just curious as I had to file a claim due to illness of a family member and wanted to know if your's was a positive experience? Lydia of Ohio
